Berkshire Carers Service

It is estimated that one in three of us will become carers at some time during our lives. This can be a challenging but also rewarding experience - one that tests your emotional energy and physical stamina.

In order to look after someone else, it’s essential that you are able to look after yourself. It’s very important to know what support is there for you and your family should you wish to use it. There are a range of supportive agencies in West Berkshire. We’d like to introduce and direct you to some of the major agencies within your locality.

You’ll find a variety of services available - from those that assist you in taking care of someone you love, to those that offer some “time off” so you can recharge your batteries.
